Cork Kerry Community Healthcare (CKCH) are seeking a social care
worker to join our team

opportunity for you.
CKCH Disability Services are developing a new multi-disciplinary team
which will focus on improving and enhancing the services we provide
across Cork and Kerry. The multi-disciplinary team will work to
develop systems which will be used to improve services provided to
disabled people in Cork and Kerry. This is a unique opportunity to use
your training and skills to contribute to the development of pathways
to ensure the services we provide meet the needs of the people using
our services.
While a background in working with vulnerable people is an advantage
we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Training and support will
be provided to ensure you are supported to fulfil the duties of the
post.
